Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unused
  • be in original packaging
  • include all tags and accessories

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We cover return shipping costs if:

  • the item is defective
  • the item was damaged during shipping
  • the wrong product was received

Customer Remorse Returns

If the customer changes their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

After review, we will offer:

Lost Packages

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, customers must follow the standard return process after delivery.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
