Lost or Damaged Packages

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging

Personalized or customized products are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For customer-remorse returns (wrong item ordered, no longer wanted, sizing issues, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
