PROTECTED PURCHASE
The adapter uses a built-in miniature catalytic converter to address the cause of common post-cat oxygen sensor error codes. By treating the exhaust gases at the sensor, it helps clear codes like P0420 and P0430 for a cleaner dashboard.
This adapter is designed for use in a post-O2 or downstream oxygen sensor bung that uses an M18x1.5 thread. As long as your downstream sensor screws into an M18x1.5 bung, this adapter can be used in that location.
The adapter is specified for off-road use only. It is intended for situations such as modified exhaust systems where you need to manage downstream O2 sensor codes away from regular road use.
It is constructed from SS304 stainless steel with a stainless steel filter mesh. This combination offers strong resistance to rust and corrosion under demanding exhaust conditions.
You receive one M18x1.5 CEL fix adapter with a built-in mini catalytic converter. It weighs only 0.088 lb, so it adds virtually no extra load to your exhaust system.
